Spice of Life Organizers of the Spice of Life Food & Fitness Fest in Greenville on March 17-18 in the TD Convention Center didn’t seem to notice it’s St. Patrick’s Day weekend. While the holiday isn’t a main part of the event, those interested in outdoor activities are covered. Three of the festival’s stages are dedicated to sports enthusiasts: Coaches corner — This is an interactive area focused on sports, and it offers one-on-one tips from local coaches. Fitness zone — This stage includes an on-site gym and will host fitness classes. On Saturday there is an indoor duathlon to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Outdoor adventures — This stage promotes the Upstate’s outdoor resources, featuring camping and hiking clinics, along with vendors selling outdoor equipment.
