The Spice of Life Food & Fitness Fest has all the ingredients needed for a healthy, happy and rewarding lifestyle, from wholesome cooking demonstrations and innovative entertaining ideas to expert advice on green living. Fitness and well-being will also play an important role, with nutrition seminars, sports lessons and cycling/running clinics. Designed to be both educational and entertaining, the Spice of Life Food & Fitness Fest features dedicated stages focusing on such topics as cooking, entertaining, fitness and recycling. VIP guest speakers, hands-on workshops, and hundreds of vendors make this an engaging, interactive experience. |
